Here on this list you will find the following things, categorised!

3) Prices for Traditional Art
Sketch, Lineart, Watercolour, ACEO

4) Prices for Plushies

5) Ordering Information

The tl;dr stuff. It's all pretty general.

The only payment methods I accept are Paypal, though I will take a money order ONLY if you live in Australia.

ACEOs are the only 'flatrate'.

At this stage I'm not comfortable doing any work that could be considered explicit in nature. Gore to a certain extent I might be swayable on, romantic images are okay, but I can't quite bring myself to draw certain things. Please don't try and cajole me into anything; I'll change my mind if and when I'm ready to.

WHAT I QUITE LIKE TO DO
People - Backgrounds - Birds - 'Scenes' - Stuff where I can be inventive

WHAT I CAN DO
Most things.

WHAT I CAN'T DO
Machinery - Detailed/Complex Vehicles - Equines (Can do but I'm not fantastic at them. I can do equine plush, however)

WHAT I WON'T DO
Yiff - Excessive Gore - Cub/Babyfur of any kind - Erotica - Anything that involves bodily waste

TRADITIONAL
With the exception of basic sketches, prices include shipping of the original via standard international airmail. If you would like registered or trackable mail, you will have to enquire and I'll let you know if it will be any extra.

Unfortunately I don't use coloured pencils of any kind. I say completey without humour that I'm allergic to something in them, and I can't use them. Therefore, I cannot honour any request to do coloured pencil work, sorry. But I love watercolour!

Sketch: Basic-$6; Detailed starts at $15
--- EXAMPLE : ( Detailed Full ($20 worth) + $5 of colour) , Basic Sketch w/ minor detailing ($8))

Lineart: Starts at $15
--- EXAMPLE : ( Full Body $25

. + Backgrounds are priced according to the request.

CRAFT: PLUSH

Plush
All plush START at $80. This is for objects of simple construction and covers labour + supplies. Complexity and difficulty that I myself perceive with the assembly affects the cost. The AVERAGE price charged for custom plush work is $90 for smaller work of average complexity.
--- EXAMPLE : ( Smallish w/ average complexity ($10 approx)) , ( Large, 'exotic' material, above-average complexity ($170 approx)).

Contact:
There are four ways to contact me, and you are free to use whichever of these is the easiest for you. IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless you have a logical, reasonable reason for switching mid-commission, please pick one contact method and stick with it. Don't send me a message on LJ, then one on FA, and then an email, as this becomes too confusing.

FA Notes

DeviantART Notes - PM me here. NB: - Because of the volume of notes I get at deviantART, my response time is significantly slower via this route. Just so you know.

What would you like?

I cannot say this strongly enough: please be clear on what you want! Some types of art are very difficult (and in the case of plushies, may even be very expensive) to change after a certain point!

Please help me help you get what you want out of the work. You can do this by:
* Knowing exactly what kind of image you want (Does it have a background? Do you want it to be static, or interestingly posed? Is there a particular mood you're after?), and
* Having clear reference sheets of characters, or clear and concise textual descriptions.

Once you know what you want, send me a message specifying what kind of commission you want (watercolour, digital painting, coloured lineart, sketch, plush, etc), pictures and/or destcriptions of the character(s) and if necessary, descriptions of the scene (if you have a very specific type of background in mind, a picture or photograph of something close to it will always be a great help).

I will then give you an exact quote! :D

PLUSH SPECIFIC:

If you want a plush, I'll need the following information up-front so that I can give you an exact price quote. If I feel that the plush is too difficult for me, I will let you know. You are free to request a quote while I am closed. I try not to take too long on plush where I can, but the slots get snatched up quick when they open so you'll need to be on the ball if you want one!

* Character (Naturally the most important part :D Pictures of as many angles as possible please!)
* Size (The longest dimension (width or height) discluding tails and wingspans)
* Style (Chibi/cute, beanie, or regular)
* Material preference if any (I commonly work in minky, fleece or fur. Sometimes I cannot get certain furs, but I will know upfront if I can or cannot. Minky may be difficult for me to get in certain colours without a surcharge to cover the expensive shipping I get charged from a particular distributor. Again I will let you know if this will be the case. A piece of advice, however; minky is definitely one of the highest quality fabrics I can make from and it is my preferred fabric. A large part of the finished plush quality depends upon the fabric, so keep that in mind.)
* Destination (so that I can give you a shipping estimation. REMEMBER! Don't send shipping upfront! I will request the exact shipping when the plush is finished!)
* Any other notes that you want to make.
NB: I'm just going to mention this right here before anybody asks; no I won't put in any 'strategically-placed holes'. Don't even ask. If you really want one, I'm sure you can put it in yourself and I definitely don't need to know.

----------

Terms --- By commissiong, you acknowledge that you have agreed to these terms.
Now with quickref headings for tl;dr!

* I do not keep a waiting/reserve list.

* All prices are for plain-colour/white background, single-character and may rise depending upon complexity of the requested work.

* I reserve the right to decline a commission from any individual with or without reason. If funds have already changed hands, an appropriate refund will be given (Full refund if no work has commenced, partial refund with total work completed if work has commenced).

* EDITS: Price includes ONE (1) set* of alterations to the sketch and ONE (1) set of alterations to the colour (NOT including edits that require complete redraws). Edits that require complete redraws after the sketch has been confirmed and finishing/colouring begun will be charged at a percentage of the total commission cost calculated by the amount of work needing to be redone. Examples include alterations requested during or past the painting/inking stage that require changes to the pose, overall orientation, presentation of the image, addition/subtraction of characters or other such changes that cannot be done without restarting the image.
Extra minor edits will be charged at a case-by-case rate.
* 'Set' meaning one list of requested changes. If you're not sure about what changes you would like, feel free to wait a few days to think about it to put together your list! I'm very patient.

* EDITS 2: To ensure a minimum of edits is required, please be certain of what you want before commissioning. Ensuring that you explain your idea as clearly as possible will help avoid errors and frustration considerably. If you are unclear, I will assume you want me to use my imagination.

* USAGE: Commission prices reflect PRIVATE USE ONLY and are not licenced for commercial use or publication. For commercial use, an additional fee and contract will be required.

* Please request my permission before posting the completed work to your own usergallery -- I don't mind, I just want to know.

* Definition of 'difficulty/complexity' vs 'simplicity' is relative to how I perceive your overall request. Factors considered are character, scenario, pose/movement, additional characters, type of background/setting and the commission style. For plush, complexity is gagued by the overall structure of the character and an estimation of the requirements necessary to translate it via pattern.

* DEADLINES: If you have a deadline for art, please inform me of it before anything else, and ensure that the work is paid for at least two weeks before said deadline. Rush work (work due less than 14 days from time of contact) will be charged at an additional 50%. While I sometimes complete work within a week or less, I do have tendon damage to my drawing hand that impedes the amount of time I can work for in one go and may slow down larger commissions.

* DEADLINES 2: If you have a deadline and then fail to respond to requests for approvals to an extent that risks breaching said deadline, I will either: - Refund an amount relative to work not yet completed, OR - Complete and deliver the work by the deadline with the allowed edits forfeited. If you like, you can decide which you'd prefer in advance (in case something happens and you are unable to contact me for whatever reason).

* I reserve the right to display or not display commissions in my portfoilio and galleries at my behest.

* STYLE: I work in my style. If you want work that looks like *other artist's name*'s work, then you should probably commission *other artist's name*. Additionally, between my gallery here, my gallery at deviantART, and the examples quoted above, there are plenty of examples of my work. Expecting more of me than what it is clear that I am capable of doing will only create frustration and disappointment for everyone.

* QUOTES: Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of quote. Work inquired about but not paid within this timeframe will need to be revalued. Quotes given in times when commissions are closed are estimates only and are not absolute.

* If you send me explicit images as 'reference', I will cancel your commission immediately. 'Explicit' in my dictionary pertains to photographs of animal or human genitalia, excessive gore, etc. Anatomically correct non-erotic artwork of characters are fine, but please give due warning.

* CONTACT: I do my best to work quickly and keep you updated. If you disappear and fail to respond, I will not chase you. I will retain your commission for 12 months. If after 12 months you are still MIA, the commission is forfeit. If you have a reasonable explanation for the loss of contact, I may elect at my discretion to reassume the work, but work will be completed at a level and style approximate to that originally paid for.

-- Plush-Specific Terms
---- Plush are still held to the above terms. Below are terms applicable only and specifically to plush.

* EDITS: Plush are not capable of being easily edited. My concept sketches of the project can be seen for approval before starting at the commissioners request, but edits apart from very minor edits are unable to be made to the plush itself.

* For an additional +30% of the total cost, I am willing to assemble up to three calico mockups of the concept (these will be destroyed and/or recycled upon approval) for potential edits. If you would prefer only one possible mockup (or an additional mockup), it will be +13% .

* TIMELINE: Plush generally take a MINIMUM of four (4) weeks to complete and timelines fluctuate dependant upon ordering time for materials and pattern complexity/redrafts. If you have a deadline, please ensure plush is ordered no less than four weeks (NOT including postage time) in advance, or a rush fee of +50% will be charged.

* SHIPPING: Quotes for plush do not include the shipping cost. Due to petulant post office weight and size brackets, I collect shipping when the plush is finished. This is to ensure that there is no overcharging or undercharging confusion. An approximate quote will be given at the time of order, this quote may or may not change between the time of order and the time of completion (it does not flucutate majorly in either direction; difference is rarely more than $5-8 either way). There is no time limit on making postage payments, but plush cannot be shipped until the payment has been made.

* DUPLICATION: I do not duplicate 'unique' plush. This means particularly fursonas and original characters. However, if a ';plain' plush is made of a popular character (eg: ordinary generic Pikachu) I reserve the right to make another at my discretion. Alternatively, if an original 'spin' is taken on a popular character (eg: poseable Raichu dressed in army gear). I will consider this a 'unique' plush and will not replicate it.

* DUPLICATION 2: I dislike making repeats of plush. Therefore, I will usually only agree to remake a non-unique plush if a) the original pattern has not been lost or destroyed, and b) the original plush was not excessively tedious. 'Stock' plush (plush I have made on my own time and sold afterwards) might be duplicated, but at my discretion. As I do not keep a waitlist, stock plush will be sold on a first-to-take basis.
